Hengxin Semitech Co., Ltd. was founded in 2018, with a registered capital of RMB 100 million, it is a high-tech company dedicated to the design of high-speed optical communication chips and RF analog chips. Its products are widely used in 5g / F5G, millimeter wave communication and perception. The company is headquartered in Suzhou and has a R & D center in Singapore. There are more than 50 employees. More than 30% of the R & D members have doctoral degrees and more than 70% have more than 10 years of work experience. The company has established a National Postdoctoral research workstation and has passed the certification of "high-tech enterprise" and ISO9001 quality management system.
